These electronic pages cannot be reproduced in any format for profit or other presentation. ____________________________________________________________ TRUDIE EUBANKS ARMOUR was born December 1, 1902 at Rover, Arkansas in Yell County, Arkansas. She is the daughter of Thomas and Ollie Eubanks. The five brothers and sisters of Trudie are: Charlie, Claud, Grady, Able and Erby Don. The family moved to Carden Bottom from Rover around 1918. They were farming near New Hall school when Trudie met Clarence "Jake" Armour, They were married December 24, 1919. They spent most of their married life in Yell County farming Carden Bottom and the Dardanelle bottom along the Arkansas river. They were the parents of twelve children. For listing and dates see the history of Clarence Armour previously listed in this book. Trudie was baptized into the Church of Christ on September 15, 1929 at Reed's Ferry near Fowler. She later joined the Assembly of God Church. In 1954, her family moved to California. In their senior years she and Jake are drawing social security and funds also from another source which makes life easier for them. Trudie's mother, Mrs. Ollie Eubanks, was a Hardbarger before her marriage. Trudie had major surgery for a malignancy at St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville before moving to California. She now has a heart condition in 1868.
