He was born July 12, 1904 at Branson, Mo., and had been a resident of this area for the past year, coming here from Oklahoma. Mr. Pryor was a member of the Methodist Church. His survivors include his wife, Viola BECK Pryor; six sons, William Greek, Santa Rosa, Calif., John Daley, Moses Lake, Wash., Freddie Leon, Dennis Dow and Bobby Dean, all of Dallas, Tex.; five daughters, Mrs.. Thelma Cartmel of Denver City, Tex., Mrs.. Ruth Lucker, California, Mrs.. Lizzie Ellen Mills, Big Springs, Tex., and Mrs.. Agnes Hodge and Miss Erma Pryor, both of Dallas, Tex.; two brothers, Charles Pryor of Marble, Ark., and Fred Pryor of McAlester, Okla.; 28 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services for Mr. Pryor were held Monday, Sept. 6 at 4:00 p. m. in the Pyeatte chapel with Rev. Howard Daniels officiating. Interment was in the Bell cemetery under the direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Service.
