Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Planters Bank & Trust Co. is E. B.
Belshe, one of the county's most prominent and respected plantation owners. In
addition to operating his 1900 acre plantation east of Forrest City, Mr. Belshe
is Sect/Treas. of the Modern Co-operative Gin Co. of Round Pond and of Growers
Equipment Co. of Forrest City. He has been a director since 1941.
