Fogg retired June 20, 1952, as Land Bank Appraiser for the St. Louis District of the Farm Credit Administration, after thirty years of service. A native of St. Francis County, having been born at Caldwell, Mr. Fogg finished school here, was graduated at George Robertson College in Henderson, Tenn, and then attended the University of Arkansas. He and his wife, the former Olive Ruth Beazley of this county, and they have three sons. They are members of the Methodist church, and he was in education at Marked Tree for three years, then Assistant Postmaster in Forrest City until 1922, when he became the Land Bank Appraiser.
