Biography of James Charlie Hubbard, St Francis County, AR

In addition to serving as automobile sales manager of Wright Motor & Implement
Co., James Charlie Hubbard, a native of Forrest City, holds the responsible
office of St. Francis County Coroner. Mr. Hubbard is the son of James L. and
Erma (Reeves) Hubbard of Forrest City. He was graduated from Forrest City High
School in 1946 and for the next five years operated the Red Top Cab Company
here. In 1950 he sought and was elected to his first public office as County
Coroner, whose principal duty is to determine causes of death in cases where
there is a doubt. He has been with Wright Motor & Implement Co. since June 1951.
