The charter members are listed and it has a seal and is hand signed 1907

This was discovered behind a very old picture of my Great grandfather - listed 
on this documentis the name of my great great grandfather G. W. White as the 
secretary of this organization.Any information you might give will be most 
appreciated. Thank you
