Jones Services To Be At 2 Saturday. Funeral services for Sp-5c Roy M. Jones, 34, of Kinton, who was killed in action Saturday in Viet Nam, will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday in Stevens Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by a Navy chaplain from Millington, Tenn., Naval Air Station. Burial will be in Forrest Park Cemetery with pallbearers from Millington attending. Specialist Jones was born at Kinton, near Widener, on June 29, 1931, the son of Essie Miller and Gene D. Jones. He lived at Kinton until entering the Army. A Baptist, he was making a career of the Army and had been in service for 16 years. He also had been stationed in Germany, France, England and Korea. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, LIVING in the Air Force at Albuquerque, N. M.; three sisters, LIVING; and a niece, LIVING, of the home at Kinton. ST.
