Mrs. Lawson's Rites Planned On Thursday
Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Lawson, 24, who died Tuesday afternoon at her
home in Lee County, will be held 10 a. m. Thursday at Stevens Funeral Home with
burial in Forrest Park Cemetery. She had been ill with a heart condition since
birth. For the past two years she had been making her home around Marianna and
Forrest City. At the time of her death she was living south of Brickeys. Born
September 30, 1940, in Lexington, Miss., she was the daughter of Mary Lee Tucker
and W. B. Harper. She is survived by her husband LIVING; two sons, LIVING; a
daughter, LIVING; all of Brickeys; her mother and father; six brothers, LIVING;
two sisters, LIVING, also of Shaw; and her grandfather, Walter Tucker of Morgan
City, Miss.
