Wednesday at Forrest Memorial Hospital. He had been in poor health three months. Born Aug. 27, 1910, in Mississippi, he was the son of Anna Boone Hatcher and John Franklin Hatcher. He made his home in Mississippi until he moved to Forrest City 13 years ago. He was a retired farmer, a retired employee of Forrest Memorial, a Presbyterian and a World War II Veteran. He married Miss Alice Ramsey in 1943. He is survived by his wife Alice and four sons, Living, all of Forrest City, three daughters, Living, all of Forrest City, also survive. Other survivors include five sisters, three Living, all of Vadin, Miss., Living, both of Edwards, Miss., and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday at 4 p. m. at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Floyd Cowan Jr. officiating.
