April 28, 1977-Mr. Randy James.
Mr Randy James, aged 26, of Rt. 1, Box 138, Laredo, Tex., died April 28, at
Falcon Lake, Zapata, Tex., in an accidental drowning while fishing with a
friend. He was born November 10, 1951, in Forrest City and was the son of Mrs.
Christine Gore James and Omar Eugene James. He moved to Laredo, Tex., two years
ago and was a concrete construction man. He was a member of the Church of
Christ. He married Miss Jan Meeker in 1972. He leaves his wife, Living of
Laredo, Tex., two brothers, Living of Wichita, Tex., and Living of Forrest City;
one sister, Living; and his grandparents, Mr. and Living of Forrest City.
Funeral services will be at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p. m., Tuesday,
with Mr. Tom Doyle in charge of services. Burial will be in Forrest Park.
