Obit Forrest City Times Herald:
Mr. Walter Kimble, aged 69, of Rt. 1, Forrest City, died 3: 30 p. m. Friday,
Nov. 30, 1979 at Baptist Memorial Hospital at Memphis. He had a serious heart
condition. He was born Jan. 31, 1910, the son of William Kimble and Lucille Todd
Kimble. He was a lifelong resident of Forrest City. He was a retired grocer, and
a recent employee of the Forrest City Street Department. He was a member of the
Beck Spur Baptist Church. In 1933, he married Miss Nettie Lou Anderson. She
survives him along with two daughters, Living, and Living, both of Hot Springs,
and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m., Sunday, Dec. 2
at the Beck Spur Baptist Church, the Reverend Terry Floyd presiding. Burial will
follow in Forrest Park Cemetery. Stevens Funeral Home is in charge.
