FRANK COCHRAN, JR
4 18 1949-1 2 1993

Mr. Frank Cochran, Jr. of Chicago died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1993. He was 43. Mr. Cochran was
born April 18, 1949, in Forrest City, to Frank and Minnie Mae Cochran. He attended Stewart
Elementary School and Lincoln High School in Forrest City. He continued his education at
AM&N College (now UAPB) in Pine Bluff and Coyne Institute and Northwestern University of
Chicago. He served in the U.S. Army and worked as an electrician for the city of Chicago.
In addition to his parents of Forrest City, he leaves his wife, Shellen L Cochran of
Chicago; a daughter, Treemonisha Cochran of Chicago; four brothers, George Cochran and
Theodis Cochran of Forrest City and Curtis Cochran and Leodis Cochran of Little Rock;
three sisters, Minnie Ruth Sanford of Forrest City and Ruthie West and Dorothy Patton of
Little Rock; and his grandmother, Tarlee Babbs of Forrest City. Visitation will be from 6-
7 pm Friday, Jan 8 at Clay's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 9
at 2 pm at Beth Salem Baptist Church.
