ELLEN FINNEY
3 15 1923-5 11 1993

Mrs. Ellen Finney of Forrest City died Tuesday, May 11, 1993, at Baptist Memorial
Hospital-Forrest City. She was 70. She was born March 15, 1923 in Haynes to John Hayward
Cross and Margie Ann Cross. She was a housewife and a member of the Christ Temple
Pentecostal Church. Survivors include three sons, Thomas Jackson of Chicago, IL, Johnny
Jackson of Rochester, NY and Melvin Jackson of Kalamazoo, Mich; two daughters, Christene
Watson of Jacksonville and Gwen Pendleton of Forrest City; and one adopted daughter,
Towonda Finney of Little Rock. Funeral services will be Saturday, may 15, 1993 at the
Spring Grove Baptist Church in Haynes at 2:30 with Rev Dave Favors officiating. Burial
will be in Casteel Cemetery under the direction of Marianna Funeral Home.
