RUTH V GUTHRIE

Mrs. Ruth V Guthrie of Crestpark Retirement Inn in Marianna died Saturday, Feb 27, 1993 at
her home following a lengthy illness. She was 82. She was born Sept 13, 1910 in Marianna.
She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Milton Guthrie.
Survivors include a daughter, Norma Jean Guthrie Perkins of Apache Junction AZ; a son,
Kenneth M Guthrie of West Chester PA; two sisters, Dorothy Pickens and Kathryn Kelvin,
both of Marianna; three brothers, Floyd Oxner of Vallejo CA, Phil Oxner of Rolling Forks
Miss and Clentis Oxner of Marianna; and four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services were scheduled for today, March 1 at 2 pm at Marianna Memorial Park
with the Rev. Denzel Stokes officiating. Edwards Funeral Home of Marianna is in charge of
arrangements.
