CLAUDE JOHNSON JR.

Mr. Claude Johnson Jr. of Forrest City died Thursday, Jan. 21, 1993, at Crestpark
Intermediate Care in Forrest City. He was 52. Mr. Johnson was born Feb. 6, 1940. He was a
former employee of Airtherm. He leaves his wife, Helen Johnson of Forrest City; six sons,
Sgt. Michael Anderson of Kentucky, Sgt. Darrell Anderson and Carlis Johnson, both of
German, Michael Sperman of Dallas, and Clarence Johnson and Terance Johnson, both of
Forrest City; three daughters, Janice Hamielin of California, Tracy Johnson of Syracuse,
NY and Tomeka Johnson of Forrest City; a brother, Ricky Johnson of Chicago; a sister,
Marilyn Kitchen Cooksey of Chicago; and eight grandchildren and a host of other relatives
and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, Jan. 30, from 10 am to noon at Clay Funeral
Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 31, at 1 pm at Cornerstone M.B. Church.
Burial will be in St John Cemetery under the direction of Clay Funeral Home.
