EDWARD ROBERTSON
9 22 1894-1 30 1993

Edward Robertson of Marianna died Saturday, Jan. 30, 1993, at his home. He was 98. Mr.
Robertson was born Sept. 22, 1894 in Marianna to Edward Dale Robertson and Ethel Beard. He
was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and also served in World War I in the
Merchant Marines. He leaves behind his wife, Marnell Haynes Robertson, his daughters
Claire Cranford of Forrest City and Beverly Rice of Vancouver, Wash.; one son, Dr. Adam D
Robertson of Birmingham Ala; one sister, Ethel Crawford of Palo Alto, CA, eight
grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 2,
1993 at 10 am at the First Presbyterian Church in Marianna with Rev. William Ford
officiating. Burial will be in the LaGrange Cemetery in LaGrange. Funeral services are
under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna.
