JOHN A RUSSELL
8 11 1912-5 2 1993

Mr. John A. Russell of Mountain Home died Sunday, May 2, 1993 at Baxter County Regional
Hospital. He was 80. Mr. Russell was born Aug 11, 1912 in Hand, Ark, the son of John Irvin
Russell and Mattie Ellen Dunn Russell. He was a graduate of the University of Arkansas at
Fayetteville and the University of Iowa. He was the retired owner/operator of Russell
Implement Company of Forrest City and a former member of the Forrest City City Council. He
was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mountain Home. He leaves his wife,
Ozella "Jean" Lancaster Russell of the home; two daughters, Patricia R Moseley of
Baltimore MD and Betty R Starr of Rogers; and seven grandchildren, three great
grandchildren and one nephew. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 5 at 4 pm at
Roller Funeral Home with the Rev Waymon Hollis officiating. Burial will be in Baxter
Memorial Gardens under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the
First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
