All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm *********************************************************** DOROTHY BOYCE STOTTS 5 1 1922-4 12 1993 Mrs. Dorothy Boyce Stotts of Forrest City, Formerly of Helena, died Monday, April 12, 1993, at the U.T. Bowld Hospital in Memphis. She was 70. Mrs. Stotts was born May 1, 1922 in Holly Grove. She was the co-owner and operator of U-Save Food Center in Helena with her first husband, R.B. Boyce Jr, who preceded her in death in 1970. In 1983 she moved to Forrest City. She was also preceded in death by her second husband, Howard "Bill" Stotts in 1991, and by son Lannie Dale Boyce and a daughter, Mary Frances "Pam" Byrd. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Leslie and Phyllis Schaffhauser of West Helena; a son, Brandon Boyce of Forrest City; a sister, Earnestine Boyce of Forrest City; a brother, Walter Boals of Helena; a stepson, Howard Stotts of Forrest City; two Stepdaughters, Delitha Henson of Forrest City and Flora Mae Blankenship of Sherwood; and eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Roller Citizens Funeral Home in West Helena Wednesday, April 14 at 1 pm with Bro. Worley Ferguson and Bro. Tom German officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
