All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm *********************************************************** ROBERT "ARKY" N WATT 8 12 1924-2 5 1993 Mr. Robert "Arky" N Watt, 68, of Texarkana, died Friday Feb. 5, 1993 in a Little Rock hospital. Mr. Watt was born Aug. 12, 1924 in Montgomery County, Ark., to Mr and Mrs. James Watt of Forrest City. He worked for the United States Postal Service in Forrest City until he was transferred in 1947 to the Texarkana office where he eventually retired. Mr. Watt was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers and a Sunday School teacher at the Fairview United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Jennie B Watt of Texarkana; one son, James E Watt of Collierville TN; two daughters, Nietta Watt George of Little Rock and Wanda Watt Rose of Genoa, Ark; one brother, Daniel Watt of Herber Springs Ark; one sister, Dorothy Wilson of Forrest City; and nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren. Services will be held at 2 pm Monday, Feb 15 at Texarkana Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Don Wilson and Clyde Swift officiating. Burial will be in Rondo Memorial Cemetery.
