PARADISE GARDENS OBIT

Mary Armstrong, age 94, of Forrest City, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 1999, at her
home. She was born in Oakland, Miss., on April 14, 1905. She was a farmer. She
is survived by two daughters, Arbella Jones of Forrest City and Vennie Mae Young
of Proctor. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, 1999, at 2 p. m. at
Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church with Rev. Lee Hampton officiating. Burial services
will be held at the Paradise Gardens Cemetery on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 1999, at 11
a. m. Visitation will be held at Clay Funeral Home on Friday, Sept. 3, 1999,
from 10: 30 a. m. until 5 p. m. Clay Funeral Home is in charge of the
arrangements.
