Burnice Harris, age 82, of Forrest City, died Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, at her home.
She was born Feb. 1, 1917, in Birmingham, Ala. and was the daughter of Turner
and Essie Metcalf. She was a farmer. She is survived by two sisters, Ruth
Robinson of Forrest City and Willie Sott of San Diego, Calif.; and a niece,
Nancy Adell of Forrest City. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13,
1999, at 1 p. m. at Clay Funeral Home with Rev. John W. Lockhart officiating
with burial following in Casteel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Clay
Funeral Home on Wednesday, Oct. 13, 1999, from 10: 30 a. m. until 12: 30 p. m.
Clay Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
