Agnes Jones, 67, died Thursday, September 30, in her home. She was a resident of
Wynne and a homemaker. She also was a member of the Church of God. She is
survived by eight sons, Crawford Jones and Donald Jones, both of Marianna, Wayne
Jones of Vanndale, Roy Jones of Forrest City, Cliff Jones, also of Marianna,
Ricky Jones of Tupelo, Calvin Jones of Marsing, ID and Gary Jones of Parkin; six
daughters, Joyce Parson of Moro, Sherry Cooper of Lexa, Rayda Jackson and Vernie
Gilchrist, both of Wynne, Peggy Reynolds of Marianna and Wanda Holmes, also of
Wynne; three brothers, five sisters, 56 grandchildren and 37 great-
grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday, October 1, at 2 p. m., at
Roller-Citizens Chapel in Marianna with Rev. Ken Walls officiating. Burial
followed at Marianna Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Terry Dale Jones, Keith
Brown, Robert Jones, Chris Martin, Lil Roy Jones, Donald Coffell, Joseph Parson
and Danny Parson. Arrangements were handled by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
