Horace Frank Jones, 78, died Tuesday, January 5, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in
Forrest City. He was a resident of Haynes and a farmer. He also was a veteran of
World War II, a member of the V. F. W. and a member of the Palestine Baptist
Church. He is survived by one son, Mr. Buster Sanford of Marianna; one brother,
Mr. John Jones of Fouke, AR; and one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Trail of Forrest City.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Virginia Jones. Funeral services
were held Thursday, January 7, at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a. m. Burial
followed at Forrest Park Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Stevens Funeral
Home in Forrest City.
