Mrs. Inez Harbin Kelly, age 67, of Forrest City, died Wednesday November 3,
1999, in a North Little Rock Hospital. Mrs. Kelly was born January 27, 1932, to
Ben and Inez Harbin and lived most of her life in St. Francis County. She was a
member of the Landmark Baptist Church and a housewife. Mrs. Kelly is survived by
her husband Curtis Kelly; two step-sons, Curtis Williams Kelly, Jr. and Bruce
Allen Kelly, both of Texas; six brothers, Ronnie Harbin of Forrest City, Donald
Harbin and Will Harbin, both of Texas, Francis Harbin and Tommy Harbin, both of
North Little Rock, and Paul Harbin of Franklin; a sister, Mary Moody of Forrest
City; and three step-grandsons. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 5, from 6-8 p.
m. at Morgan Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 6, at 10: 00
a. m. at Morgan Chapel with Brother Gary Malone officiating. The burial will
follow at Forrest park Cemetery under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
