Rachel Ray Kilgore, age 54, of Forrest City, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1999, at
Crittenden Memorial Hospital. She was born April 27, 1945, in Willard, Miss. and
was the daughter of Sylvester Montgomery and Glenda McGregory Montgomery. She is
survived by four daughters, Martha Kilgore, Brandy Kilgore and Linda Kilgore,
all of Forrest City and Nancy Kilgore of Marianna; two sons, Jerry Kilgore and
Jimmy Kilgore, both of Forrest City; one sister, Ora DuBalls of Memphis; 10
grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at
Woodhouse Mortuary on Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, from 12 noon until 6 p. m. and a
wake will also be held Friday, Oct. 8, 1999, from 6 p. m. until 7 p. m. Funeral
services will be held Saturday, Oct. 9, at 2 p. m. at Salem Baptist Church with
Rev. Lee Hamilton Sr. officiating with burial following in Casteel Cemetery
under the direction of Woodhouse Mortuary.
