Billy Wayne Lovell, 55, died Monday, Nov. 29, 1999, at Baptist Memorial Hospital
in Forrest City. Mr. Lovell was born June 5, 1944, in Baldwyn, Miss., to Jack
Lovell and Alvie Holmes Lovell. He was an ordained Southern Baptist Minister as
well as a carpenter and a painter. He is survived by his mother, Alvie Holmes
Lovell; his wife, Carolyn Lovell; two daughters, Robin McKee of Harrison and
Beth Hawkins of Forrest City and four grandchildren. Visitation will be tonight
from 6 to 8 at Morgan Chapel. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1,
at 2 p.m. at Morgan Chapel with Brother Chelch Reagan officiating assisted by
Brother Jessie Hodges. Burial will follow at Barnishaw Cemetery at Pine Bluff
under the direction of Morgan Funeral Home.
