Frank L. Najewski, age 71, of Forrest City, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999, at the
White County Regional Medical Center in Searcy. He was born Aug. 3, 1928, in
Radom, Ill. and was the son of Joseph Najewski and Mary Novack Najewski. He
lived in Forrest City since 1963, was a retired assistant supervisor for
Airtherm, was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the St. Francis of
Assisi Catholic Church. He married O'Neal Brown in 1950, and she survives him
along with two daughters, Linda Wood of Marion and Donna Gay of Forrest City;
one sister, Agnes Ragsdale of Millstadt, Ill. and one grandchild. Funeral
services will be held Friday, Jan. 31, 1999, at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel at 2
p.m. with burial following in Hughes Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday,
Jan. 30, 1999, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Memorials may
be made to the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Stevens Funeral Home is in
charge of the arrangements.
