Margaret Crawford York, age 54, of Clarksdale, Miss., died Saturday, Sept. 25,
1999, at Batesville Manor Nursing Home in Batesville. She was a nurse for
Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. She is survived by one daughter,
Lisa Habard of Grand Rapids, Mich.; one son, Ricky York of Gunnison; three
sisters, Shirley Jones and Carolyn Herren, both of Clarksdale and Janis Leake of
Forrest City; and a brother, John Crawford of West Chester, Pa. Graveside
services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 28, 1999, at 11: 30 a.m. at Bethesda
Cemetery in Senatobia. National Funeral Home of Clarksdale is in charge of the
arrangements.
