Mrs. Mary Sims died Sunday, Jan. 29, 1995, at Eupora, Miss., General Hospital.  She was 86.
	She was a resident of Forrest City and a member of Salem M. B. Church for more than 40 years before moving to Eupora.  She loved to cook, and was known for her cakes and pies.  Her husband and three of her eight children preceded her in death.
	Survivors include two sons Van Epinger and Herman Epinger, both of Chicago; three daughters, Mildred Pasley Bailey of Detroit, Ruthie Johnson of Eupora and Connie Sims Williams of Vallejo, Calif., 33 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
	Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995, at Pilgrim Rest M. B. Church in Ackerman, Miss.
