Daughter and Times Herald  from 2010
Mr. Spencer Feltman age 69 of Edgemont Ar., formerly of Widener Ar. died Tuesday 
March 23, 2010. He was born December 10, 1940 in Carbon Hill Alabama. He was the 
son of Monroe Feltman and Lucille Cook Feltman Tipton. Mr. Feltman was a retired 
welder, machinist and commercial fisherman and a Baptist.
Mr. Feltman married Helen Williams on Jan. 28, 1962 and she preceded him in 
death on May 22, 1996. He is survived by a daughter Betty Feltman Hooker and 
husband Howard ( Gene ) Hooker of Forrest City Arkansas and a son Harvey Allen 
Feltman and wife Kimberly of Edgemont Arkansas. Mr Feltman is also survived by 
two granddaughters Heather Hooker Casey of Greers Ferry Arkansas and Kelsey 
Feltman of Edgemont Arkansas ;A grandson- in- law Frank Casey of Greers Ferry 
Arkansas and a Granddaughter- in- law Celine Hooker of Wynne Arkansas ; Four 
grandsons, Eric Hooker Of Wynne Arkansas , Spencer Allen Feltman of Marion 
Arkansas, Benjamin Willcutt and Nathan Willcutt both of Forrest City Arkansas; 
Three great grandchildren Brian Casey of Greers Ferry Arkansas, Jase Hooker and 
Ethan Hooker of Wynne Arkansas. Mr Feltman is also survived by a sister Francis 
Gorman of Forrest City Arkansas and Three brothers , Ben Feltman of Carlisle 
Arkansas , James ( Red ) Feltman of Forrest City Arkansas, and David Feltman of 
Hughes Arkansas. Mr. Feltman is also survived by a Companion Ruby Pipkin and her 
Family.
Mr . Feltman was also preceded in death by a sister Lillie Pipkin and a brother 
Jimmy Feltman both of Forrest City Arkansas and both parents. 
Services will be held Friday March 26, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral 
Home. Burial will follow at Forrest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 
8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home 
of Forrest City Arkansas.
