He was 83. Mr. Steinbeck was born March 2, 1911, in Wickliffe, Ky., to Audie and Ora Steinbeck. He was a mill worker for the Chicago Mill. Survivors include his wife, Nell Steinbeck of Paragould; two daughters, Virginia Wright of Palestine and Ruby Martin of West Helena; a step-daughter, Josephine Steinbeck of Clarksville, Tenn.; two brothers, Harrison Steinbeck of California and a half-brother, David White of West Helena. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, 1995, at the Roller- Citizens Funeral Home chapel in Weast Helena with Rev. J. E. Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park under the direction of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
