Baker from a photocopy, Oct 27, 2006 Last Will and Testament of Joel E. Wynne Deceased Forrest City Dec 13th 1882 Be it known that I Joel E. Wynne, being of sound and discriminating mind, make this my last Will & Testament, viz: I hereby charge my estate, all & singular, with the payment of $1300.00, Thirteen hundred dollars due my daughter Sallie Wynne from me, it being the amount for which I sold Jo & Jack Neale, with interest at the rate of (6) six percent, until paid from Jany 1881. I also give and bequeath to my daughters Alice Ervin & Sallie Wynne, the tract lands containing 105, one hundred & five acres immediately north & lying on the Memphis & LRR Road adjoining Miles McCrary on the west, it being the same given to their sister Obedience, since deceased, the value of said land to be equally divided between the two sisters, Alice & Sallie. The balance of my estate, all & singular, I give & bequeath to my daughter Margaret & her children, consisting of lands, Memphis City Rail Road City Bonds, all notes & accounts that may be due me at the time of my decease. I also give & bequeath to my daughter Margaret & her children all the mules and horses of which I may be possessed or may hereafter acquire, either land Bond notes & accounts up to the time of my decease, in consideration of the many acts of of(sic) kindness bestowed on me by my daughter Margaret, running through a long term of years: it is my express wish & desire that she be given the anual (sic) interest arising from Bonds & notes, also the anual (sic) rents from the lands bequeathed to her; this especial bequest is intended to enable my daughter to be liberal to her church & to the poor & needy, too (sic) both objects, she has always shown herself devotedly attached & I am proud of her on account of it & C (etc?). I hereby appoint, & request her husband Jesse W. Wynne to become my Executor to carry out the provisions of this my last Will & Testament, & I hereby empower him at any time he may think his wife & children's interest will be promoted thereby, to sell & convey tittle (sic) to any of the property divised (sic) to his wife & children, & also to sell & convey tittle (sic) to the 105 of land divised (sic) to Alice Ervin & Sallie Wynne, the proceeds of which to be equally divided between the two sisters Alice & Sallie.
