Sisco and his wife, arrived home Monday from San Antonio, Texas, where he had served a year's internship in the Santa Rosa Hospital. Dr. Sisco was graduated in the 1937 class from University of Arkansas College of Medicine at Little Rock and will be associated with his father in his office here... Lewis Epley, Linotype operator for the Springdale News, accompanied by Mrs. Epley and little son, Lewis Jr., were guests of relatives at Fort Smith and Greenwood for the past weekend and over July 4... Rev. Paul Cardwell of Dennison, Texas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Cardwell, will arrive Tuesday as instructor at the Methodist Assembly on Mount Sequoyah at Fayetteville... W.C. Gilstrap was honoree at a birthday dinner Wednesday at his home on West Emma Avenue... Sarah Bennett, 85, resident of Washington County for the past 60 years, died Wednesday afternoon at her home after a long illness... Blossom Sanders, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Sanders, left Friday for New York City, where she will make an extended visit with her uncle and aunt, Lt. Lynn C. Petross and wife... Mr. and Mrs. I.J. Russell and Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Boom have been recreating for several days near Monte Ne. Their guests Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. John Hughes...
