BENTONVILLE – 

Maxine McKee Allgood, 87, of Bentonville died Feb. 5, 1998,
at City Hospital in Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 8, 1911, in Sandwich,
Ill., to Hugh A. and Cora Stockholm Maginnis. She was a teacher in the
Bentonville schools for 20 years and a 40-year member of the First United
Methodist Church where she was choir director. She was preceded in death by
two husbands, Milton Glen (Mac) McKee and Joseph Allgood.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Glen McKee and
Elizabeth and David McKee and Alice, all of Fayetteville; five
grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in
Bentonville with the Rev. Paul Bokker and the Rev. Ben Hines officiating.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Cashion (Okla.) Cemetery under the
direction of Burns Funeral Home of Bentonville.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family requests memorials to a charity of choice.
