Frank L. Bromell, 88, of Fayetteville died Jan. 21 in a Fayetteville
hospital.  He was born Nov. 21, 1897, in Osawatomie, Kan., the son of John
E. and Emma Neier Bromell.  He was a carnival owner and a member of the
Nazarene Church.  He moved to Fayetteville in 1929 from Kansas City, Mo.
Survivors include a son, Raymond Bromell of Dallas; three daughters,
Cecilia Carlsen of Summerland Key, Fla., Arline Bromell of Kansas City,
Mo., and Frankie Zubor of the U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba;
three sisters, Christina Asele of Tracy, Calif., Sylvia Nelson and Pauline
Mitts of Stockton, Calif.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Nelson Funeral Home of Fayetteville
with the Rev. Larry Woodward officiating.  Burial will be in Baptist Ford
Cemetery.
