ROGERS – 

Robert Lee Burton, 74, of Rogers died Feb. 4, 1998, at his home.
He was born April 26, 1923, in Kansas City, Mo., to Russell L. and Emma C.
Hazelbaker Burton. He was an Army veteran of World War II, during which
time he received the Good Conduct Medal, the American Theater Ribbon and
the World War II Victory Ribbon.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Burton of the home; one son, Phillip
Burton of Rogers; one daughter, Tanya Allen of Lincoln; one brother, Billy
J. Burton of Red Feather Lake, Colo.; five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Fayetteville National
Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
