BENTONVILLE – 

Melba Jean Geiser, 74, of Bentonville died Feb. 2, 1998, at a
local nursing home. She was born March 3, 1923, in Curtisville, Pa., to
Howard and Dora Gouldner Stepp. She moved to the area in 1989 and was
preceded in death by her husband, Dale Geiser, in 1986.
Survivors include one daughter, Lorena E. Hannum of Bentonville; two
brothers, Duane Stepp of Pennsylvania and Wade Stepp of Texas; one sister,
Lorena Magill of Gibsonia, Pa.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's
Witnesses in Bentonville with Ron Enderland officiating. Cremation
arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
