He was born March 16, 1933, in Los Angeles, Calif., to William Lyle and Josephine Bezeau Gray. He was a Baptist and member of Masonic Lodge 104 in El Monte, Calif., for 43 years. He worked with the Boy Scouts and as a coach in Little League baseball and Pop Warner football. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Gray of the home; three sons, Lyle Gray of Sparks, Nev., Joe Norman of Henryetta, Okla., and Mike Norman of Okmulgee, Okla.; three daughters, Sharon Monjar of Spokane, Wash., Karen Lanier of Lincoln and Kathy Abbott of Argyle, Texas; one brother, Wayne Gray of Hacienda Heights, Calif.; three sisters, Sheryl Ehrich of Chula Vista, Calif., Judy Reiss of Brooklyn Park, Minn., and Connie Maher of Covina, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove with Glen Faulkner officiating. Burail will be in Beaty Cemetery at Lincoln. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
