He was born September 6, 1944 in Stroudsburg Pennsylvanni to Harold and Rosemary Haney Millheim. Jay was a heavy equipment operator. He was a Marine who served in Vietnam October 10, 1965 through December 23, 1966. He was a leader of the Exployer Boy Scouts in Hope Township, New Jersey, a graduate of Belvidere High School and attended Morris County Community County College in Randolph, New Jersey. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia (Cyndy) Brown Millheim; four sons, Jayson Millheim of Plumerville, Joshua Millhem and Justin Millheim, both of the home, and Todd Koberlein Millheim of New Jersey; Mother Rosemary Millheim of Hope Township, New Jersey, three brothers, Robert Millheim of Manchester, Michigan, Timothy Millheim of Belvedere, New Jersey and Michael Millheim of Hope Township, New Jersey; and two sisters, Susan Litz of Columbia, New Jersey and Patricia Maertens of Hope Township, New Jersey. Funeral services were Friday January 30, 1998 at 1:00 pm at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Burial was in the NATIONAL VETERANS CEMETRARY in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
