SPRINGDALE – 

Lynn H. Ritter, 87, of Springdale died Jan. 31, 1998, at
Fayetteville Nursing Center. He was born April 9, 1910, at Haviland, Kan.,
to James Albert and Lillie Mae Hudson Ritter. He was a member of First
United Methodist Church and a charter member of Kiwanis. He was past
president, owner and operator of Ritter Insurance, and in 1983 associated
with Boone Ritter Insurance. He was a member of the Springdale Chamber of
Commerce for more than 20 years, and was past president of the Springdale
Country Club. He enjoyed bowling. He was preceded in death by his wife,
Edith C. Ritter, to whom he was married Dec. 25, 1937.
Survivors include one son, Ronald R. Ritter of Springdale; two daughters,
Linda M. Neighbors of Katy, Texas, and Cynthia Ann Parker of Fayetteville;
one brother, Jim Ritter of Springdale; one sister, Wanda Davis of New Hall,
Calif.; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel. Burial will be
in Bluff Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Tom Bain, Russell Charlesworth, Sandy Boone, Pat Henry,
Charles Lindsey and Jeff Watson.
