Jason Earl Starnes, 94, of Huntsville died Jan. 29 at his home.  He was
born Aug. 3, 1891, the son of Nichols and Betty Rucker Starnes.  He was a
retired machinist and a Baptist.
He is survived by a daughter, Marlene McElhaney of Huntsville.
Services were today at Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville with the Rev.
Joe St. Clair officiating.  Interment was in Ontario Cemetery in Ontario,
Calif.
