John Swackhammer, 58, of Fayetteville died Feb. 4, 1998, at
his home. Arrangements are pending at Beard's Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

FAYETTEVILLE – 

John Swackhammer, 58, of Fayetteville died Feb. 4, 1998, at
his home. He was born June 11, 1939, in Hemlock, Ohio, to John S. and May
Campbell Swackhammer. He was an employee of Beaver Lake Concrete.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Swackhammer of the home; two sons,
Edward Swackhammer of Prairie Grove and Steven DuVall of Springdale; one
daughter, Tina Fitts of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; four
stepgrandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Beard's Funeral
Home and Crematory in Fayetteville. Cremation will follow.
