FARMINGTON – 

Sally L. Washausen, 64, of Farmington died Feb. 3, 1998, at
her home. She was born March 9, 1933, in Peoria, Ill., to Eldon and Alva
Donelson Lane. She recently retired as an administrative aide for USDA
research in Fayetteville and was a member of First Church of Christian
Scientist of Fayetteville and the mother church in Boston. She was also a
member of the Professional Secretaries International.
Survivors include her husband, Charles J. Washausen of the home, to whom
she was married Nov. 29, 1952; two sons, Lane of Fayetteville and Louis of
Prairie Grove; one daughter, Charlsa Jo Ingals of New Hampshire; two
sisters, Janice Westfahl and Marylin Livingston, both of Grants Pass, Ore.;
11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Backstrom-
Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.
