ROGERS – 

Vergie M. Keller Whitley, 82, of Rogers died Jan. 31, 1998, at St.
Mary's Hospital in Rogers. She was born Jan. 28, 1916, in Strawberry to
Jimmie and Ada Honey Runyon. She was a member of First Baptist Church in
Rogers and was retired from Daisy Manufacturing and the Rogers School
District.
Survivors include three sons, B.J. Keller and Lavern Huskey, both of
Rogers, and Charles Huskey of Strawberry; two sisters, Vernie Cousby of
Webb City, Mo., and Lorene Bell of Batesville; eight grandchildren; 16
great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Benton County Memorial
Park Cemetery with the Rev. Ben Rowell officiating.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home in
Rogers.
