Second, I give, James Wrily Wall, Thomas Jefferson Wall and Mary Ann Wall, the children of my first wife, I hereby will them one Dollar each. Third, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest of the remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to my wife, Susie Wall, to have and to hold her lifetime and at her death the said estate is to go to my three children by my last wife, Susie Wall, the names of these children is Emit Parnel Wall, Edward Sharden Wall and Patrick Henry Wall. Fourth, I nominate and appoint my said wife, Susie Wall, to be the Executor of this Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. Finis Hardy J.R. Howerton ** PROOF OF WILL Evansville, Ark. Nov. 11, 1921 On this 11th day of Nov. 1921, came before me, G.F. Yates, a J.P. for Washington Co., Ark., Finis Hardy, who on oath says he wrote the Will of James Wall, deceased, and was one of the witnesses to said Will and the J.R. Howerton, deceased, was the other witness, that he was present and saw J.R. Howerton sign his name as witness to said Will on the day and date set forth in said Will and that J.R.
