The following is from the Van Buren Democrat, June 25, 1915: Morgantown Uncle Dan Baker, Aunt Sallie, his wife, and Grandma Crawford, Aunt Sallie's mother, are perhaps the oldest people in the county. Grandma was 93 on June 8, Dan will be 73 on Aug. 5, he is an ex Confederate soldier & draws a pension. Aunt Sallie will be 72 on July 17 & is surprisingly strong for her age. All three live together three miles from town and occasionally Aunt Sallie walks here and back in half a day. Uncle Dan farms and works most every day and with the aid of pension has a more comfortable living than some of our young men. Grandma Crawford draws a Confederate pension also. ##Colony Cemetery information: Colony Cemetery is located on Highway 92, East of Bee Branch, Ark., Van Buren Co.
