Distinguished Service Cross Citation
  George T. Fleet, captain, 26th Infantry. Amid showers of machine-gun bullets
and artillery shells of all calibers, at Berzy-le-Sec, France, July 21, 1918, he
gallantly proceeded to the front lines for vital information needed by the
division commander, and accomplished his mission in spite of the great danger to
which he was exposed. Address: Care of The Adjutant General of the Army,
Washington, D. C. Appointed from the Army. Residence at appointment: 703
Thirteenth Street, Douglas, Ariz.
