RICHARD ARMSTRONG June 10, 1897 Arizona Republican Newspaper The funeral of the late Richard Armstrong took place at Bisbee last week. The funeral service was preached by Rev. Mr. Pritchard and was well attended by the many friends of the deceased and by the members of the IOOF and the KoP lodges. Richard Armstrong was well known in Bisbee and other parts of Ariozna having mined within her borders for many years. He had not been feeling well for some time before his demise, although no one thought his trouble would be sufficient to bring about death.
