ROMEA BROLANEO (Barcellon) December 12, 1895 Arizona Republican Newspaper Marshal Paul yesterday received a telegram from Wilcox saying that Romea Brolaneo had been stabbed to death at Fort Grant on Sunday night. The sender of the dispatch believed that the dead man belonged in Tucson and had relatives living here. A careful search failed to reveal any relatives of anybody of that name. It is supposed here that the real name of the murdered man is Barcellon, who did live in Tucson but who was employed as a vaquero on McKelrich's ranch near Wilcox.
