CHARLIE CROUCH Arizona Republican Newspaper August 6, 1897 Today a cloud of mourning once more speards the usual busy life of Bisbee and one more, who has long contributed to its life and bustle, has forever left the scene of many fond hopes and pleasures. Charlie Crouch, than whom a better natured or more generous hearted citizen never lived, has this time been the one to answer the Master's call. After an illness of but little over a week and almost before many realized that he was ill became a victim to the ever claiming fever as he has now passed into the great beyond into whose boundless shades we all must follow.
